I would make him wash the toys and then not allow him anywhere NEAR the toys for a good solid hour.

After that, if he did it again, he would be in bed for the night.

That is just gross and it is not typical kid behavior. He needs a firm and swift consequence for this!

Age three is old enough to understand when you tell him not to pee on the toys. Are you able to stop him when he is about to do it? If so, remove him from the situation immediately and tell him that he won't be able to play with their toys AT ALL if he doesn't stop, and then make sure you follow through with it.

Is he potty trained and using the toilet - so that he knows where you are supposed to pee? Have you disciplined him for this in any way? Put him in a time-out or similar when it happens? Told him NO and he is only to pee in the potty? Is he being supervised closely enough so that you can intervene when you see he's about to do something inappopriate or can stop him right away?

Do the kids laugh when he does it? Or have a big EWWW reaction? He may be doing it to get a reaction from them. Help him find more appropriate ways to interact with the kids
