If you find a place, think about having us out. We can attend the park or any other place, we are close to Mansfield and work with the city for events all the time.

Hi Moms! My son is turning 3 in September and I need some ideas on where to have his party. My house is not really party friendly. I need something that is fun, affordable and close to Mansfield. Thanks in advance!

We just had my son's second birthday party at the Carousel party at Parks Mall. It was easy and they supplied bands for all day riding on the carousel, juice, ballons, plates, napkins and a cookie cake. If you watch for a Coupon in one of the mailers that come in once a month, they have 50% off party. So it only cost $50.00 for 11 kids with the coupon. Great deal and you don't have to do anything!
Also we have went to Doogoland on Sublett off 360. They have great birthday packages and alot of fun for the kids.
Not sure what you mean by "affordable" since that is rather subjective.
You could have a clown out to any location - including a park - to do a puppet show, games and balloons for the kids. Experienced clowns with 10+ years entertaining kids are $185/hr. Newer clown with 2 years experience that can do games, face paint and balloons only is $150/hr.

We are having our son's party for his 3rd birthday at McDonalds (Cooper & Green Oaks). It's not too far from Mansfield, but it's super cheap in my opinion. For 10 happy meals, invitations, party area, cake, party hats, goody bags and a gift for the birthday boy, it's only $58. If you want to add ice cream it's $5 more. The number to call for more info is ###-###-####. Hope this gives you another option since the heat can just be unbearable sometimes.
A park is always a good low cost idea. We have that same problem every year, and we have two kids. Our church has a gym and we get free use of it. I think Mcdonalds is low cost but yuky cake. I hope this helps.
