I must say I am jealous that you are potty training your son so quickly. We've been working on it for a while now, with our 3 yr old (turned 3 in late April). He is just so darn stubborn. I see him every morning walk out of his bed, stand in the doorway or hallway and pee all that night's pee in the diaper. I have explained that we need to put all of that in the potty .... no go. He screams "NoooooooooO!" When I tell him to pee in the potty other times (after I take off an old diaper or before bed or before and after his bath), he does so. But when I put him in underwear, he won't tell me before he pees on the floor or poops in the underwear. I wonder if you're "oops. we're all out of diapers' trick would work. We had planned to go to my grandmas to visit last month and mom said "just "FORGET" the diapers at home and tell him you forgot them. Have one diaper wrapped up in each pair of pjs so he at least has those." So I had diapers hidden and packed underwear. Then plans changed and we had to drive 20 hour drive to California, then 20 hours back. I was kind of glad that he was still in diapers, as we didn't have to stop every 30 minutes to pee.
Anyway - my weekend plans: Dose myself with Vitamin C, drink a whole lot of hot and sour soup, try to rest whenever the 3 yr old 'lets me.' I just got sick and it's not fun. I had big plans to take my son to the local bouncy house and make my friend food (she just had her baby on the first). I think I'm going to have to just take it easy. BORING!
