Saline drops. Boogie Wipes.
The cool mist humidifier will help.
Prop up the head of her crib (or bassinet) on phone books or blocks so the congestion drains better. (Or put a pillow UNDER her mattress at the top.)
Good luck!
My two month old has a stuffy nose. She hates the suction thing. I have a humidifier but I also run the heater at night because it's cold so I think that stuffs it up even more. Any other suggestions to help clear her nose?

mention the length of time to your daughter's pediatrician, it may be more than a cold, she may have a sinus infection or seasonal allergies. Cold usually helps relieve the congestion, and heat makes it worse. Try a cool mist instead of humidifier. Good luck.
My toounger sone wa about 2 months when older son went back to preschool & shortly after, the baby had a constant runny nose due to the germs coming home. Took him to the ped. asking about colds & allergies & about his uncomfortableness. Was finally told that babies nasal passages are slow to open up making them small & harder to get out all of the mucus. Even tho she may not like the booger sucker, try to keep at it as it does a good job of clearing it out. Our now 6 yr old still likes me to use it on him every so often cuz it gets all the boogers out! I also propped my son up while sleeping. I got one of those wedges (I think online at Babies R Us) that fit under the fitted crib sheet & that helped a lot! Good luck!
I run a really steamy shower and just sit in the bathroom with my daughter when she gets stuffed up. It just helps get everything loose, then I use the suction thing... I know it's tough to suction them because I don't think that any of them like it... but do what you can to get it clear. She will feel better when she is less stuffed up.
Good Luck.
Do you have a cool mist humidifier? Works better than the warm mist one. When my newborn got a horrible cold at 5 weeks I used the saline drops and the nose frida http://nosefrida.com/ but don't overuse it b/c using the suction too often can cause inflammation which makes it worse. My daughter hated the nose thing too but with the saline drops and the clearing of the nose she felt so much better afterwards. Keep a close eye on it, my daughter was a winter baby and her cold turned into RSV. Hope your dd feels better soon.
You can try some saline spray, it will help loosen any boogies and moisten her sinuses. "Little Brands" makes a sprayer for infants. There are no chemicals in this, it is salt water like tears and very safe for anyone of any age.
My daughter never liked the suction either, but I knew it was to help her feel better.
