That's a lot of pretend play for an 18 month old, in my opinion. We were referred to a developmental specialist after our 18 mon visit b/c my kid didn't have 10 words, so 100 would be off the charts. (My kid was/is fine, no signs of anything to worry about and now, at 5, has some of the best language skills of all the kids in their peer group).
Another friend of mine also has a lot of anxiety, which seemed to really increase after having kids - understandably so! She has spoken with her doc and has gotten some help (both medication and support) that has really benefitted her. If you haven't already done so, consider reaching out to your doc for some support. It is out there and can be so helpful. Being a parent is nerve-wracking enough, take advantage of some of the support that's available.
In my humble, non-professional, just-a-mom opinion, I think you'll be fine. Everything you've described sounds completely normal and appropriate play for an 18 mon old.
Bests :)
