Have a pediatrician check her tonsils just to be sure. My daughters were so large that she would just start to fall asleep, the muscles would relax and then she would wake up because she couldn't breath. She'd be so tired she wasn't always awake, but was always whining and moving around in her sleep. I believe learge adnoids can do the same.

Also, it may be good for you both if she is in another room, with soft music. Is her skin dry? If so, she could be very itchy. Does she have a diaper rash? Does she eat well in the evenings? She could be hungry? Is she dressed too warm or is your house/apartment too cold?

Is her bed comfortable enough? I know they say hard and tight sheets etc. But I think kids are a little more comfortable on soft blankets. She's really past the sids worry. You can experiment with that.

Does she like very soft things? Maybe you could get her a soft and silky blanket she can hold to her face?

Keep trying. Something is making her uncomfortable.

also she may be gassy. my 3rd baby often woke about 30 minutes after laying down because she needed to burp again. that last burp just took a while to work its way out. i would pick her up, pat her back for the burp, and lay her back down with no more problems. Milicon was our friend for many months.

Some babies are fussy sleepers. Both of my grandchildren have always thrashed about even as babies. I suggest that you put her in her own bed. It may take a bit of time for her to get used to it but it will be worth the time and effort it takes to get her used to her own bed. She may also surprise you and take to it without difficulty.

My foster boy lifts his right leg and drops it all through the night as well as being a restless sleeper; he has done this since we got him at 9 mo. I swaddle him every night to make sure he is comfy and warm and that seems to help, but he breaks out of it before he falls asleep most of the time(very determined). I eventually tuned out the leg drops and shuffling and I only wake up if he cries.

Do you bed-share? If yes, you need to secure her in the crook of your arm and shoulder. That allows constant contact and will make her feel more secure while sleeping. If she's teething, try the homeopathic teething tablets just before bedtime along with some ibuprofen.

my first thought is a digestive problem, possibly from a mild food allergy.
