I would service breakfast you can go simple with a breakfast pizza that you can get ready for the oven the night before. Serve with a pot of coffee and a pot of tea. Add a cool drink like orange for the ones who do not want a hot drink. You could something more fancy like breakfast quiche, bacon, a muffin of some kind, orange mix with champagne.

2 unbaked 9 inch pie crusts 1C milk
1 pound pork sausage 1t salt
1 1/2 C shredded mild cheddar cheese
pepper to taste 5 eggs beaten
minced parsley
Bake pie crusts for 3 minutes in a 450 degree oven . set aside. Cook sausage, stirring until crumble and brown. Drain. Put half in the bottom of each pie crusts. Sprinkle half of cheese over the sausage in each pie crusts. Combine eggs, milk,peper and salt .divided mixture evenly betwwen each pie crusts, Sprinkle parsley on top. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Makes 8 to 12 serves.
Breakfast Pizza
1 pound pork sausage 5 eggs beaten
1 (8oz,) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1C frozen hash brownpotatoes , thawed
1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 C milk
1/2t salt 1/8t pepper
3 to 4 t parmesan cheese
Cook and stir sausage until browned and crumbly. drain. Separate crescent roll dough and lay in a 12 -inch pizza pan with points turned toward center of pan. Press tom seal seams to make a crust. Spoon sausage over crust: top with potatoes and cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk , salt and pepper; pour evenly over sausage. Sprinkle half of Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 5 minutes. Make about 4 to 6 servings.
