Hello all! My husband and I have relocated back to the area and are in need of finding a pediatrician for our 17 month old. We'll take any recommendations-those to see and those not to see. Thanks in advance for your help!
If you haven't found one yet, I highly recommend Barbara Brynelson on Nicholson Lane in Rockville. My youngest is 20 and I still haven't managed to break away from this doc...she is just spectacular.
We love Dr.'s Miller and Lee in Olney (behind Montgomery General Hospital). They and the staff have been great even with after hours calls.
We are at Pediatric & Adolescent Care which recently moved to 12501 Prosperity Drive in SS. We really love them.
Shady Grove Pediatrics...wonderful, caring staff. My sons love them. We have been seeing them for almost 4 years. They even have Sat. morning hours. Their # is ###-###-####
I am not sure what area you live in my I would recommend Dr. Pamela Parker in Silver Spring, MD.or anyone in her office.

I don't know in which part of the DC area you live. We love Dr. Della EngTow and all of the pediatricians, nurses, and staff at at Capital Area Pediatrics (we go to the Herndon, VA office).
I am expecting my first child in about 5 weeks, so I can't speak from experience with a Pediatrition, but we have interviewed one that we have decided to use. He was recommended by my Ob/Gyn whose 4 children went to this Pediatrician. His name is Dr. Larry Cohen, ###-###-####, and he is located at 10313 Georgia Ave in Silver Spring. There are 2 other doctors in the practice also and they are open 365 days a year - definitely something we liked about the practice!

If you live in Rockville/Gaithersburg area, check out Potomac Pediatrics ###-###-####. There are about 7 doctors, each work part-time and wonderful! The office is next to Shady Grove Hospital.
