Not sure if you are into Pintrest, but if you search "5 ingredient crockpot recipes" and "5 ingredient slow cooker recipes" not only will you find a ton, but you will get "updates" on more based on your interest in said subject.
I also use www.totallythebomb.com for a lot of 3 ingredient crock pot recipes and a few others that have more ingredients, but usually use a lot of what I consider "staples" and always have on hand.
My personal favorite that I make here all the time is:
Pork shoulder or roast or sirloin (I use 3-5 lbs and whatever cut is on sale or I have on hand)
1 pkg of lipton onion soup mix
1 can of root beer, coke, dr. pepper (this one is the best), or dark beer - again, depending on what I have on hand.
Throw everything into the crockpot on low for 6-8 hrs, shred and cook for another hour. I have thrown a bag of coleslaw in during the last hour and turned up to med with great results, too.
Don't be afraid to just mix what you have on hand up and throw in a crock pot. Yesterday, I found 2 huge chicken breasts, a can of cream of chix soup, a 1/2 container of sour cream, and some shredded mozz cheese in my fridge (about 3/4 of a cup worth). I threw all that in the crock pot with a 1/2 cup of chix broth on low for 4 hrs, added a bag of mixed frozen vegies the last hour, shredded the chicken up and served the whole thing over egg noodles last night for dinner. Took me 5 min to make, 10 to boil the noodles before serving, and probably cost me less than 5 bucks to feed everyone, plus make lunch the next day with the leftovers for my hubby.
Good luck!
