I needed something special in terms of the reservation form, so my budget was probably higher, but I found them to be very reasonable. They are also hosting my site, so they can deal with any spam/hacking/etc. problems that come up. They're a Texas company, so it's also nice to do business locally :)

For hosting I recommend www.godaddy.com, www.networksolutions.com, www.1and1.com, and www.thedesignshoppe.com. I have used godaddy many times and have been very satisfied. There is a risk of having your website developer host your site...they could high-jack your domain name and delete your site when ever they like if they were malicious enough...I have heard stories. Even he above hosing providors tell you not to give out your admin information to website designers...only give access to ftp.
