Hi T.. Wow - you have your hands full! I would love for someone to come and do a few things each week. If you could come on Sunday mornings that you be preferred but I'm sure we could work something out. I would like:

Carpet Vacumed (2 level house - takes me about 30 mins)

Kitchen Floor Scrubbed (every other week)

Dishes Washed and put away.

Tub upstair, shower, and 2 toliets scrubbed (every other week)

Dust downstairs (every other week)

I would be interested in finding out more about your rates. I live in a 50 yr old small house in Little Forest Hills (less than 1300 sq ft)near the Arboretum. We have been going through home renovations lately and I need a non-judgmental person to help with organizing and spring cleaning the little space I do have.
I have a 3-1/2 yr old and 17 month old boys (who are hard to keep up with mess- wise). You would be welcome to bring your child too if that would help lower your rates any.

She requested a Bilingual or Spanish Speaking person. Also it would be once a week for a household of 8 KIDS. It is a medium sized house and she expects it to be cleaned TOP to BOTTOM, SPIC and SPAN. If your not bilingual maybe she will make an exception. Though I don't know if she found someone yet I would give it a try if I were you.
