I'm getting ready to post my house online to get a long term renter. I have a few places I will post in addition to Airbnb, Craigslist, etc. Right now I just have the jpegs of property, rooms, etc on my desk top. For those of you who have done this, do you create a new listing each time for each site, or can you assemble a slideshow that you can use for several different sites with link...I'm kind of stumped. Any experience?
To clarify, one place I will list is the local university's exchange site, my friend has to post it because he is alumni, so I need to send him a "slideshow" I think? Ideas, experience? I'm asking him too, but all input welcome.
I use Kizoa.com for making slide shows. You can upload photos and drag them into a slide show, get the link and share it. You can make one or as many as you want.
Just a suggestion - if you're not already using it, Trulia is a GREAT resource for free advertising. 2 of our 3 tenants have come to us from it.
You might consider a simple website with a slideshow option and then link the post to that site. There are several builders out there that don't require any HTML or coding experience. I think 1 and 1 has their own version as does Wix and Weebly. I don't know about the others, but I know you can do a slideshow on a Weebly site for free.
its possible you have access to free slideshow makers. do you use Picasa?I'd google "easy to use free slideshow makers" and see what you can down load for free. If you make a slide show in a program like that, you can just link to it, wether that be Craigs List or a college website. Some listing sites my make you use their slide show set up, so I'd say its safe to say you will be creating more than one.
