Lauel,
This isn't unusual. When our oldest son was about the
same age. He had slept through the nite since he was 8 week
old. Then around 10 months he started waking up everynight.
We mentioned this to our pediatrition. His advice was
that when he woke up that I was rewarding him because I nursed
him. His advice was when he woke up go into the room lay him
back down. Then leave the room. If he cried let him cry. Then
if he cries for an hour go back in lay him back down.
My husband had to be the one to go into the room because
I would pick him up. The first night he cried 3 hour and then
the following night was less and by the fourth night he
didn't wake up during the night. One thing he
also said was that if he keeps this up for over 5 nights that
there maybe a different proble.
I hope this helps. And it is not easy!!!!
